Hemorrhoids and its cure.

Hemorrhoids and its cure. Results in one day.

Hemorrhoids are blood vessels in the anus that help control stool. From swelling or inflammation, these turn into pathological issues or piles. At the physiological stage, they act like cushions made up of arterial and venous arteries.

Depending on the type of symptoms of abnormal hemorrhoids. Internal hemorrhoids usually have rectal bleeding that is painless, and external hemorrhoids can cause a few symptoms or thromboses (formed in blood vessels) that can cause significant pain and swell in the rectal area. Many people mistakenly think of any symptoms around the anus as "hemorrhoids", which should be ignored as a serious cause of the symptoms. Although the exact cause of hemorrhoids is unknown, various causes of increased pressure inside the abdomen, especially constipation, are thought to play a role.

Initially, mild to the moderate treatment of the disease includes fiber intake, oral fluid intake to maintain hydration, NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) to reduce pain, and rest. If the symptoms are severe or do not improve despite taking the necessary steps to prevent them, a few minor procedures can be used. If no one improves after adopting these methods, there is surgery for them. Half of the population may suffer from hemorrhoids at some point in their lives. Treatment is usually good results.

Signs and symptoms

Internal and external hemorrhoids may occur separately, But many see a combination of the two. Bleeding is not as common as anemia, and life-threatening bleeding is rare. Many people feel embarrassed when problems arise and seek medical attention only after the disease has spread enough.

External

If not thrombosed, external hemorrhoids can cause some problems. However, hemorrhoids can be extremely painful if they are thrombosed or formed in a blood vessel. However, this pain goes away in 2-3 days. Nevertheless, it may take a few weeks for inflation to end. Skin tags can go away even after recovery. If the hemorrhoids are large and unhealthy, there may be discomfort in the surrounding skin and itching around the anus.

Internal

Internal hemorrhoids can usually cause painless, bright red rectal bleeding (rectal bleeding) before or after bowel movements. The stool may be covered by blood, a condition called hematochezia. In this case, blood may be seen on the toilet paper or blood may drip on the toilet. The color of the stool is usually normal. Other symptoms include mucus discharge, anal discharge around the anus, itching, and facial incontinence. Internal hemorrhoids can be painful only if they are thrombocytopenic or formed in the blood vessels or in the case of colitis.

The cause of the disease

The cause of symptomatic hemorrhoids is not known. Causes include intestinal problems (constipation or diarrhea), exercise and nutrient deficiencies (low-fiber foods), increased abdominal pressure (prolonged pressure), ascites (fluid accumulated in the abdominal cavity) ), Object or pregnancy inside the abdomen), congenital, absence, and aging of valves in hemorrhoid veins. Other factors that are thought to increase the risk include obesity, prolonged sedation, chronic cough, and sluggish activity. However, little evidence is available for these reasons.

During pregnancy, hemorrhoidal blood vessels are enlarged as a result of fetal pressure and hormonal changes on the lower abdomen. Delivery also increases the pressure inside the abdomen. Since there are no more common symptoms after delivery, it is safe to say that pregnant women do not need surgery.

Diseases and physiology

Hemorrhoid cushions are part of the normal human body and only when abnormal changes occur in them can they become a disorder or a disease. The normal anal canal has three main cushions. These are located on the left side, front on the right, and back on the right. These are not made up of arteries or veins but are made up of blood vessels, connective tissue, and smooth tissue called sinusoids. The sinusoid wall does not have any muscle tissue like the vein wall. These blood vessels are known as hemorrhoidal plexuses.

Hemorrhoid cushions are important for continuity (control or lack of control over anal gas or stool discharge). These contribute 15-20% to the pressure of anal closure during rest and protect the anal sphincter tissue (the smooth ring-shaped muscle surrounding the anus, which normally keeps the anal canal. Symptoms of hemorrhoids are thought to occur when these blood vessels go down or the pressure in the veins becomes too high. The increased pressure of the anal sphincter can also cause symptoms of hemorrhoids. There are two types of hemorrhoids: internal, which is from the superior hemorrhoidal plexus, and external, which is from the inferior hemorrhoidal plexus. The dentate line divides these two regions.

Diagnosis

Hemorrhoids are diagnosed through physical examination. External or displaced hemorrhoids can be diagnosed by examining or examining the area around the anus. Anal examinations can be performed to identify rectal tumors, polyps, enlarged prostates, or abscesses. It may not be possible to perform this test without appropriate sleeping pills or painkillers because of the pain, although pain is not associated with most internal hemorrhoids. Anoscopy may be needed to confirm internal hemorrhoids by eye. It is a hollow tube connected to a light source at one end. There are two kinds of hemorrhoids: outside and interior. These differ from the dentate line in terms of location. Symptoms of both can be seen in some people at the same time. If there is pain then it is more likely to be an anal fissure or external hemorrhoids instead of internal hemorrhoids.

Internal

Hemorrhoids formed above the dentate line are internal hemorrhoids. These are covered by columnar methythelium, so that there are no pain-sensitive nerves. These were divided into four categories in 1985 based on the degree of displacement.

Grade I: Not displaced, only blood vessels are visible.

Grade II: Displacement under downward pressure, but it automatically recovers.

Grade III: Displacement under downward pressure and has to be fixed by hand.

Grade IV: Displacement and cannot be fixed.

External

Thrombosed external hemorrhoids

Hemorrhoids formed below the dentate or pectinate line are external hemorrhoids. These are covered by the nearby anoderm and the distant skin, both of which are sensitive to pain and heat.

Differences

Symptoms of many anal and rectal problems, such as fissures, fistulas, abscesses, rectal and rectal cancer, rectal varicose veins, and itching (chronic itching around the rectum) can be mistaken for hemorrhoids. Rectal bleeding can also be caused by colon-inflammatory diseases such as colon and rectal cancer, inflammatory bowel disease, diverticular disease (intestinal sac-like structure), and angiodysplasia (slight abnormality of blood vessels). If there is anemia, other possible causes should be considered.

Other causes of rectal discharge include skin tags, rectal moles, rectal displacement, polyps, and enlarged papillae (small nipples). Anorectal varicose veins may occur due to portal hypertension (blood pressure in the portal venous system). These are similar to hemorrhoids, but the condition is different.

Resistance

A number of preventative measures are recommended, including avoiding constipation, avoiding constipation and diarrhea by eating a high-fiber diet and plenty of fluids, and exercising adequately. It is also recommended to spend less time defecating, stop sitting on the toilet, and avoid overweight people to lose weight and lift very heavy objects.
